  • In summer 2021, the EDC sponsored a visit from CT Mrs Agriculture 2021 to four Portland Farms to promote and support local agriculture during CT Farm Week at the start of the harvest season.

  • In February 2020, the EDC sponsored a program entitled, "Farm Summit: How We Grow Matters" to promote farms and discuss ways to support Portland's Agricultural Community.
